Bitcoin Ready for Next Leg Down on the 4hr?

Bitcoin on the 4hr time frame is looking slightly bearish. Trading below the lsma moving average and with the VMC Cipher B showing money flowing out and a wave to the downside its looking like BTC could be getting ready for a move down to test 18.9k level support in my opinion!
