BTC back into falling Wedge

Bitcoin looks like it wants a relief rally as it breaks back into the falling wedge. Popular opinion believe we hit a market cycle top. Ifs thats true Its possible to see Bitcoin to retrace to 60K or so then have a booming Alt season.
The 4 hour is High but the 3 and 1 day are low and so is the 1 hour.
