BITCOIN POSSIBLE UPWARD MOVEMENT ABOVE 20,000 USD

BTC decline from local high at 21900 USD

And for now price bounced from 18800 back above 19000 USD

For a start price should break resistance level 19900 USD

And then I think price can rise to first target 21700 USD and maybe even break it and go higher.
