4hr BTCUSDT Analysis

Clear bullish flag pattern accumulated on the 4hr timeline. First target seated below the 10.9k resistance which can be an easy hit, based off the size of the flag. This can prove to be the only target hit if the bulls can't break the 10.9k resistance. The 10.9k resistance has been tested only once before this drive; but there is a longterm diagnoal resistance around 11k. If both are broken through it would be an easy drive to my second target at 11.7k.

First target hit, and resistance was touched 2x over. Looking for a close above 10.9k by the end of the day to validate a move towards the second target at 11.7k.
