It is just a guess like all the other charts in this website. Technical Analysis may help you to invest but most of them are the just a "pattern recognation" of Human race. We love to see patterns and repetation in nature because it is easier to understand it. Most of the chart are based on this habits so we can predict the physchology of the investors. We are trying to see some patterns in stochastic processes.
I believe 10-12 k is good price for the Bitcoin. In that case, even small investors will be able to invest on Bitcoin to hope they protect their money value against the inflation. I believe it would be better if we could use Satoshi instead of Bitcoin to seduce more small investors , since Bitcoin price feels like only the Whales can invest it. But like I said, it is a stochastic process so nobody can predict what will happen in the future.
