I'd be more comfortable picking up ALTS once BTC has interacted with the two key areas in the range at least twice.

BTC has ranged as predicted and we hope and it holds the 32k level, so we can breathe.

To be sure, I suggest you take 25-50% of your positions off the table.

And BTC seems to have bounced again from 32k. I expect a slow "crabby" market in the upcoming weeks and hopefully, we can take advantage of the ranging structure.
