When we look at the 4hr chart we can drow a falling wedge which is recently broken and suggesting a raise to 22313 which is the exact 0.618 level of the fibonacchi retracement from 17620 low to 25228 high.
To activate that chart pattern BTCUSDT pair needs to break above 20500 level and going below 19400 (0.236 fib level and recent low) cancels the pattern.
