BTC bearish inside a descending wedge

BTC is weak and dollar is strong so it is moving down, as it is inside a descending wedge we could see a moved out to 21000 if it breaks out or a move down to 18000, i would wait for a touch of the wedge to go long or short , favouring still the short side or a break and a retest on both side, realy it is a difficult trade like ETH, probably preferred to wait and see if there is a break or at list a touched of the wedge prior to enter a position.
