Does history repeat itself? are we due for a healthy correction

if you look left on every major parabola move there is always a retracement ranging from 13- 30 % before reaching higher highs. The idea is are we due for a major and healthy correction down to the 14 or even 13k? that would be a great re-entry point before reaching 19 to 20k :)
