Bitcoin - Severely undecided

Over the last few days, BTC has gone into a range between $9,960.00 and $10,400.00 with 10.4K becoming very strong resistance. Overall it is hard to say what will happen but it looks like the downside may win. The point is to stay out and let the fools put money in. Let's wait until it is clear which direction price is going to move. But these are the facts; BTC keeps falling out of up trendlines which indicates a move down, the 200MA in the 12H is beginning to turn south which is another indicator of a downtrend, lastly, volume is lacking. The thing to keep an eye on is the 20MA in green, if it begins to point down towards the 200MA (Thick black line) for sure the down move will continue.
