Most XXXJPY pairs are extremely over extended and this one too has cleared the monthly liquidity pool at 101.173 and is now headed for the next liquidity hunt or reverse.
Price has also tapped the Daily liquidity pool at 103.873
The pair will do one of two things:
SCENARIO 1: (Line Arrow)
Anticipating a sell if sentiment changes from current bullish bias.
SCENARIO 2: (Dotted Arrow)
Price will go higher to clear-out the Daily liquidity pool around 106.551 and the weekly 107.124 before it drops.
