Still cloudy but sunrise ahead

We are still in the cloud and RSI is not oversold, but the rate couldn't manage to sty below the cloud and the inverted hammer 2 days ago has been confirmed with a tall white candle at the bottom of the Bollinger Band. Thus I expect a further rise.
