Celo about to breakout after multiple tests of that resistance
Pretty clean and simple setup. Celo has been one of the biggest laggards so far, but it has been listed on Coinbase, has big backers and recently got a big investment by Deutsche Telekom.

Celo dumped first as it hasn't been able to break above the resistance. However I do expect it to slowly go for it although hitting 750 sats is still in the cards.
