Crude Oil ! Price is pressed against the resistance. Breakdown?

Oil does not fall below the $96 mark. A range (accumulative flat) has been formed between the levels of 108.75 and 95.82, support is being worked out and the price is recovering

Oil forms a local resistance level of 102.78. Locally, the price is pressed to the level, showing a triangle pattern.

I assume a breakdown of resistance 102.
78 followed by a price uptrend to range resistance 108.75
