$6.50 per common share offering of 19.2 million shares. There are 61.36 mln shares outstanding thus having a 36% dilution. Pre market 7/14/2023 currently shows $7.70 or a negative 5.4% correction. This should retest $7.40 main trend line where it first formed at $5.80 (july 7th) then $6.40 (july 11), the next stop is $7.40. $7.4 would be a 9% correction.
