DCRBTC possible Cup&Handle

DCRBTC broke the triangle and seems forming very nice Cup & Handle formation. It could be ATH considering positive FA coming from them (lightning network, atomic swaps with LTC, new exchanges etc). In addition DCR has very low supply of coins in circulation ( aprox 5,7 mil)
