What is their track record (skills vs. good marketing)?
Is the track record good due to a certain bias (only long or only short)?
How is risk handled? (S/L relative to expected gain)
Are ideas transparent and actionable?

Break-Retest-Act
1. Red trend channel must be BROKEN
2. Wait for a RETEST
3. ACT if pullback fades & price retraces 50% of pullback to upside AND if your entry point is still above trend channel
S/L 1% inside red trend
Target well above 13,600
