Regardless of who becomes the next president of the United States the next phase of an Elliott wave sequence says wave 3 began on October 30, unless wave 2 ends up forming a double zig zag.
Wave 3 doesn't have to be the longest but it can't be the shortest wave out of waves 1-3-5. Wave 3 is usually 1.618 times greater than wave 1, so the wave 3 upside target according to wave relationships = 1.618 X wave 1 will be around (43704.8). If this target is met then wave 5 usually related to wave 1.
