DOGECOIN-DAILY--The price almost moves sideways--7-7-21

On the 4 hours chart the price since Jun 21 and until now has been moving almost sideways and the daily trading volume has been relatively too low. However, on the daily chart the price is still moving under the support line around 0.28 and it's still moving under the dynamic resistance area "The three moving average lines" as shown on the chart. With this being said it's still unsafe to buy it now because according to the daily chart, it's still possible to go down and retest the support at 0.165. So for the holders, the best place to buy more is at 0.165 and at 0.08. We will update the chart if any changes.
