As you see, the market of America securities is bullish very strong. In this income season, the bank and government will make some profit before making some solutions for the oil price. So the Dollar-Index may raise and sideway around 103 pts for 1 or 2 weeks later. We will check and set for Sell position for months.

I feel the crisis of "PetroDollars" is coming. I read that how J.Soros could make huge profit in 1990 from GBP. The history will "talk" again for Dollar Index. If you are an investor in money exchange, you can considerate to quit for Dollar and EUR, GBP for many months later.
