Analysis of #DXY
Hello friends,
When I trade I like to have a bias, I search and collect info across many trading instruments like the bond yields, the S&P500, Inflation. just to determine if in the short term do I want to sell or buy the dollar, that is what I focus on, mostly.
Last year was easy for me, we all knew the dollar is going to get weaker as the FED printed a massive amount of dollars. that's why I knew I want to buy EUR, GBP, whenever provided me a reason to do so.
P.S. That does not make me a fundamental trader.
Is the dollar is getting weaker or stronger from here?
I believe it will take a lot for the dollar to strengthen, but I think it deserves a breather from here and maybe a correction toward 90.00 not more than that in the short term considering every other variable remains the same, i.e. inflation, bond yield, FED policy, USA stimulus package.
now let's talk chart, price now testing the neckline as you can see, also trendline support which might provide an opportunity to sell so m EURUSD, or GBPUSD.
