I see chart's order-flows beyond candle stick and chart patterns in the form of fractal time frames.
EOS is striving with a monthly area (rectangle area) so we need to absorb all liquidity which is needed to break the monthly wall. HOW?
By 4 pivots which shows us withdrawing, then price starts to get the liquidity which is needed behind the low (which have the same time frame) and there we go. We will be faced with 2 scenario which the candle stick and chart pattern, in their fractal form, will determine which is more probable to happen.

One more minor higher high to engulf the major pivot's price action level and then stop hunting below the salient low to absorb the liquidity and then rally starts.
