Is this bottom?
Notice RSI is at very bottom. The candle is outside bollinger bands it seems.

Not very subtle div on 1H and 15m註釋
It was not bottom. But price didnt fall much. There was no DIV on 4H when i first made the post. Maybe there has to be a div on the 4H before bottom is in, considering the 4H was in consistent downtrend.
