ETH.D is in a key area, breaking above would cause an alt party, at the same time BTC.D is falling, so it's most likely for ETH to break above.

ETH.D breaking resistance one by one, but at some point definitely needs a retracement for gathering momentum, 1-rsi overbought line could be one of the reversal reasons
2-pull back to fibo 68
3- reaching 3rd target
4-reaching 4th target or fibo 100
each one of the items above could act as a reason fr candles to change the direction and make a retracement.
