ETHBTC 70% upside opportunity within range HTF

ETH/BTC is now in HTF range bottom with an upside opportunity of 70% until range high. Ethereum ETH is the only other cryptocurrency beside Bitcoin BTC that is now being considered for an ETF. Everyone's attention has been disproportionately given to Bitcoin, while TA and inflow models show both range-low price and reaccumulation patterns. Range top target is 0.086 ETHBTC. It may or may not subsequently go higher than range top. That will require a follow-on assessment.
