Am I crazy for posting this?
Is it crazy to think that Bitcoin opened the door for the broader crypto to succeed? That possibly there may be an actual place in the future for ETH and alt coins?
If the point is to bring freedom of choice to the masses via sound money and free open market, it means to make as many people wealthy as possible, so they can choose to do what they want, no longer bound by the "traditional" systems of enslavement. Systems that enforce thievery (increasingly involuntary taxation) and prevention as pillars of past/present monetary policy to control people. Crypto will change the scales of influence drastically, leading into the global war for freedom vs. enslavement. Same old story repeats again cause we didn't learn our lessons before, maybe we will this time?
Although it's not decentralized, most proof-of-stake assets like ETH, in time, could pose a similar threat as central banks presently do. The majority holder's votes have more weight, so their personal agenda gets enacted. Despite, ETH has certainly developed quite the client base and popularity by accelerating the onboarding and normalization of digital assets, industry, and innovation.
I'll bet on human compulsiveness as a herd.
