The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has, as expected, delayed its decision of Invesco’s and Galaxy’s applications for spot Ether exchange traded funds (ETFs).
“The only date that matters for spot #ethereum ETFs at this time is May 23rd. Which is @vaneck_us's final deadline date,” noted Bloomberg’s ETF analyst James Seyffart.
The price of Ether rose 2 percent to 2,368 dollars over the past 24 hours.
Trading conditions will be mixed on the global crypto market in the next 24 hours, with Bitcoin, Ripple’s XRP, Cardano and Avalanche facing bearish clouds and downside risks according to ATTMO.
