Etherum is a revolutionary coin and project you should always pay attention to.
Etherum always faced and struggled with some issues as every other cryptocurrency but the thing that makes Ether unique is the updates and Hard fork Ethereum team did over the years.
with little knowledge about blockchain, you know this is effortless work and it shows how professionals are their team.
some projects try to be a better version of Etherum like Eos, Tron, .... and look where they are now.
currently, some issues Ether have are high gas price and fees. it's not quick as BSC and other blockchains and when Defi Explode in October Etherum shows its issues. I remember I did Erc20-Usdt transaction and it took 3 hours to be confirmed.
with the previous update, " Berlin" Ether start to change its proof of work protocol to proof of stake ( ADA use Pos to) and we already know what's the advantage of POS over POF, using fewer electricities and keep the mining decentralized.
and there is another update named London which coming in a couple of months and because it'll decrease fees miners don't want it happens and I guess we'll see another hard fork for Eth.
