ETH.USDT (Y21.P1.E6).Looking to go long

Hi All,

ETH is difficult to read except we know its turn will be soon.

There are 3 scenario's and all of them are bullish. Here are 2 scenarios and I can't determine which one is likely.
With much going on, ETH is likely to break out soon, it has a bullish divergence against BTC in the lower time frames as well.
The structure, and its divergence build-up against BTC are small clues.

For now, the macro structure has resistance and it was by accident that an old September, last year chart I came across had the foundations to what's going on.
This is usually the best way to TA as its not biased. I wont explain it, you will see 2 key points, resistance as to the fib extension and fib fan lines as support.
