On April 9, buyers successfully held the 20-day EMA (1,813), indicating Ether's positive trend. The bulls will make an effort to surpass the resistance at 1,943 and push the price up to 2,200. The area between 2,000 and 2,200 is likely to be fiercely protected by sellers. If the price turns down from this area, but doesn't break below the 20-day EMA, it would indicate that the rally could continue.

However, if the price turns down and falls below the 20-day EMA, this bullish view will be invalidated in the near term. The ETH/USDT pair could then drop to the strong support zone of 1,743 to 1,680.
