Ethereum weakness dragging down Bitcoin

ETH's underperformance has served as a drag on BTC pump multiple times since January. Looks like its behind the most recent dump as well, ETH really needs to fix their scaling/fees issues soon, or it will be a drag on the entire crypto market.
