Eth is in a range long term

I believe that eth is going to follow bitcoin into its previously mapped halving cycle. Eth is currently in a range marked between the two blue solid lines, with a middle resistance marked with dotted line. This is looking like a long term formation, accumulation below bottom blue line would be nice. Also, can buy the retest on a breakout. I'm sitting out until accumulation zone. My bet is range before range lows sub 1000 into next bull market.
