E/Y monthly count

Wish I had positioned myself for the E wave down but it was half way down before I drew this triangle and then it was too risky, but the E wave certainly happened
The next move should be up but it always looks like it wont turn for a long time in these cases, but then it does
Perhaps a BOJ announcement to reverse it suddenly ?
