EURUSD | TF: H4 | Bearish

There is a strong H4 resistance beginning from 4/15, and the three past dips were either double tops or head and shoulder formations. For the first and second, they were H&S, while the third was a double top. Disregarding news, I believe there will be a rejection following the S&R.
