Sever Capital: EUR/USD Outlook (DAILY TF)

Possible head and shoulders, currently forming the neckline, could move higher or lower, on the daily there is a rising wedge forming, which tells me we could see a sell off before moving higher. In my honest opinion, price is due one more impulse up and a large retracement before we finally break the 1.15 barrier.
