EUR/USD GIANT PENNANT BREAKOUT????

Anyone seeing this?? I havent been on forex in months and wow this pennant jumps right off the chart! The USD and euro were heading towards 1/1 pre-pandemic, stimulus gave euro the edge.. with more talk of a fourth check its more reason to think this pennant could be the eur about to gooooooo looong
