Looking at the diagram you can see that there are two cups I placed One is speculative and the other is clearly marking a cup shaped price action. This current price action leads me to believe that we will see a bullish run soon. The cup is there to essentially tell me "Hey if the price doesn't run this is what could be happening"
I do think that 1.139 is going to happen soon but then if that does happen we could see the price push up further. DXY has been on a crazy run and needs to slow down or pull back a bit.
