Could EU Reach and or Break the Monthly Highs

I believe seasonal tendencies and the recent COT data are in support of the rise of EU, and I wonder whether EU can make it to the monthly highs and eventually break it to the upside. A game of probability, but lets see since we have bullishness registered on EU despite the minor rejection faced recently.
