can EURUSD go lower ?

this just a study not advice , can EURUSD go lower as US data have more ++ and EU data have many -- , if yes , up to which levels we can go down ,if NO then forgot :)

1.13 are a strong support , now we have 2 direction up or down and both should be big ,if it goes up at least 1.16, now the market are too risky , may be better to wait and enter from down target 1.09 for long , or from top 1.16 for short
