EURO is going down

EUR will be going down to all time low, as the China WuHan Virus take out most of the economic activities, the EURO zone productivity won't recover due to socialist welfare system, the risk of starting a new business is much much higher than just do nothing, as the existing business can't afford the risk and welfare burden, it would be just the right time for small and medium business owner to close their business, than take what ever cash left and retire.
