Bearish EURUSD?

hey friends, it seems EURUSD is inside a flag, and in lower time frames there is a divergence in RSI. Also, we can see a tweezer top and price has reached a good resistance zone, So we can expect price falls.
(besides DXY is about a bullish swing)
