As the new announcements for 
FIL and the news came up, it managed to get a bigger share of the recent bullish wave in the market and it is not done just yet. There is a very strong and obvious bullish flag that has finished its formation and is gonna send the price to it an ATH at 100$. ( If a sudden drop in BTC or a bearish big wave enters the market it may lose its steam and stop at 90$ for further regulation) The market is tending to enter another bullish wave as BTC is refusing to break 56K, so be sure to take advantage of this situation. Is it the right time to buy? Not now, in a few hours the market will show were it's headed and although I am rather optimistic about it I will not enter before the charts give me some assurance. Because that would not be taking a risk, it'd just be being foolish and not acting based on knowledge but ideocracy.
