Any thoughts on this pattern?

I was wondering if anyone care to share an opinion on forecasting this one (Frontline, NOR, tankers) based on the basic info I have highlighted in the chart?
I am very much in rookie territory, trying to learn from entering other and more experienced POVs. Any feedback much appreciated. Thanks!
