All level are based on 3 Timeframe .
you may follow the level , but not to put a pending Order on it except SELL SHOOTS H4 the highest Sell Entry Level .
I'm recommending 50 or 70 pips of Stop Loss Line .
Take Profit Line can Be put at the same place for Buy Entry Level .
