Note how the RSI moves in waves/cycles. Here is a demonstration of multiple fake outs below the RSI demand line. Sometime you can catch the POS DIV.
Takes a little bit of practice but you can set an alert at the demand line and only come back to look when triggered.
If you know what to look for and are there at the right time of day/session you probably wont need to be in front of the screen more than 3-4 hours... maybe less if you can really sharpen your A game.
