Market is very optimistic with UK Economy, and this is one of the reasons why we're seeing a solid bullish move for GBP. Right now, we should wait for the US Dollar. A lot of things to consider with the US as of this moment, but the bias to the medium term is still bearish.
On a technical perspective, price is reacting within 1.3870 - 1.3850 area after reaching 1.3950 (a possible pullback). Let's wait for the short term downward channel to break, before engaging a buy position near 1.3900.
