the 1.2884 - 1.2877 level revers price for 2 times.
its can revers the price again, usually the support and resistance revers price for 3 times.
and the DXY chart show the bullish trend.
its had 3 string hunt whit the support level.
also you can see lower lows and lower heights.
so we can conclude that the GBPUSD can be bullish.
