GE appears to have completed the other shoulder today. Upwards momentum and not yet overbought seems good towards a 17.50 target.

Welp, all Flannery had to do was not shit the bed today, and that's pretty much what we got. Coughed up everything from the spinoff and more. I'm stopped out at $14.- but haven't reached that yet
