As you can see in short therm, the technical analysis shows a short bear trend(I mean real short, because of the high voltality of the market, and election in US it can be one or two day, but with a big dip).After that it can hit 13800-14000 level with this volume. The true range tightened in the last days, but the close prices are in a little range, it shows me a very voltaile market, but at the end of the day, it follows the EMA200 in the 15 mins chart.
