Facebook for kids?

Was looking into this company and found it very interesting, however I am ne to pennies and wondering if this could be a good play? Looks like they recently got a contract with a lot of schools. Any other insight , advice, opinions would be great. Purely speculation on my part and no advice to buy, just want some other input if anyone has some.
